Personalised Christmas Cards
We are able to offer a variety of postage methods and delivery times on our lower cost personalised Christmas cards. Our quoted print times are from submission of an order (if designed online) or from approval of proofs for cards typeset offline. Print times are measured in COMPLETE working days. For the avoidance of doubt, working days are Monday to Friday (excluding any public holidays)!
* Please note that Royal Mail delivery is not available on orders totalling over £100. However all orders over £100 can opt for a free 48hr courier delivery.

Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled at anytime prior to the cards going into print. It is not possible to cancel an order once the proofs have been created and the order is with the printers for completion.
Refunds
We fully believe that you will be completely satisfied with the quality of all our christmas cards. However if you have any cause for dissatisfaction we will either reprint or refund the cost of any purchase in you notify us within 21 days of the order being dispatched. In the case of a refund we will require the complete christmas card order to be returned to us in full.
